• Pan fried bass with crusted herb potatoes, wilted greens and tarragon beurre blanc
• Potato gnocchi with sage butter, olive & red pepper tapenade, spinach and parmesan crisp
• 12 hour roasted blade of beef with braised red cabbage, turned honey glazed root vegetables, truffle mash and red wine jus

• Clementime & dark chocolate marquise with shortbread, white chocolate sauce and Oreo crumb
