Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 11 Jan 2020 until Fri 25 Sep 2020, valid for tours 7 days at 10am, 12noon, 2pm and 4pm only; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Bookings can only be made from Fri 10 Jan 2020. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Please note tour availability is released 6 weeks in advance.
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.
• Suitable for ages 12+. Ages 12 - 15 must be accompanied by an adult with a max of 3 children to 1 adult.
• Duration approx. 1hr 30mins.
• Max of 18 people per group.
• Sturdy, sensible footwear is required. Open toe shoes or heels are not permitted.
• Meeting point: Mobility Point in the centre of the concourse facing M&S.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
