• Voucher is valid until 31st Mar 2015, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• Excludes 30th, 31st Jan, 7th, 13th, 14th Feb, 2nd-7th, 25th & 26th Mar. 
• £10 per room per night supplement to stay on Fri & Sat nights - payable to the hotel. 
• Vouchers must be booked by 28th Feb or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am. 
• Max of 1 pet permitted, £10 per night - arrange with hotel.
• Max of 1 child permitted; under 5 years old can stay free of charge when sharing with adults, 5-14 years old are additional £10 per night which includes upgrade to family room. Over 14 years old are classed as adults. 
• Limited hotel parking available. 
• Room upgrades available, please discuss with the hotel at time of booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used for consecutive night stays. Stays may also be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss with the hotel. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers are not refundable outwith itison refund period. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
