• Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Oct 2021; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 2 Jan, 15-19 Feb, 1-18 Apr and 1 Jun - 31 Aug 2021.
• Sessions run every half hour:
• - Nov : Sat - Sun 10am - 1pm.
• - Mar: Sat - Sun 10am - 2pm.
• - Apr: Thur - Sun 10am - 2pm.
• - May & Sep: Fri at 9.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm and 3.30pm only, Sat hourly from 10am - 3pm and Sun hourly from 11am - 3pm.
• - Oct: Mon, Tue, Thu & Fri at 9.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm and 3.30pm only, Sat hourly from 10am - 3pm and Sun hourly from 11am - 3pm.
• Additional sessions across Nov - Mar will be added subject to demand.  A full list of dates and times available can be found on the Go Ape website.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.
• Suitable for ages 10yrs+. Under 16yrs must be supervised by a participating adult aged 18yrs+.
• Max of 2 children supervised per 1 adult.
• Option 1: Voucher is valid for a child aged 10 - 15yrs.
• Option 2: Voucher is valid for an adult aged 16yrs+.
• Duration approx. 2 - 3hrs.
• Minimum height 1.4m, maximum weight 20.5 stone (130kg).
• Dress appropriately for the weather. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty and closed toe and heel shoes with flat soles.
• Stomach must be covered and long hair must be tied back. Gloves are recommended.
• Experience does require a degree of physical fitness, if you can climb a rope ladder you should be fine. Instructors are on hand to help and support you.

• Meeting point: Follow Go Ape signs when at Crathes Castle. Please check the route before setting off, as sat nav may not be accurate.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
