• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Dec 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 18 Apr 2021.
• Sessions run every half hour:
• - Dec : Thur - Sun 10am - 12noon - limited dates
• - Feb: Sat - Sun 9am - 2pm.
• - Mar: Wed - Sun 9am - 3pm.
• - Apr: Mon - Sun 9am - 3pm.
• - May: Mon - Sun 9am - 3pm.
• Additional sessions will be added subject to demand.  A full list of dates and times available can be found here.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.
• Suitable for ages 10yrs+. Under 16yrs must be supervised by a participating adult aged 18yrs+.
• Max of 2 children supervised per 1 adult.
• Option 1: Voucher is valid for a child aged 10 - 15yrs.
• Option 2: Voucher is valid for an adult aged 16yrs+.
• Duration approx. 2 - 3hrs.
• Minimum height 1.4m, maximum weight 20.5 stone (130kg).
• Dress appropriately for the weather. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty and closed toe and heel shoes with flat soles.
• Stomach must be covered and long hair must be tied back. Gloves are recommended.
• Experience does require a degree of physical fitness, if you can climb a rope ladder you should be fine. Instructors are on hand to help and support you.

• Meeting point: Head for ‘Delamere Railway Station’ on Station Road - the B5152 the follow Go Ape signs. Follow the main forest road towards the Visitors Centre and drive through the barriers on the left into the main forest car park. Once parked follow the signs towards the cabin. Please check the route before setting off, as sat nav may not be accurate.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
