Small print

• Voucher is valid until 3rd November 2015, 7 days a week, 11am & 1:30pm sessions; subject to availability.
• Reservations must be made by 20th Oct or you risk forfeiting your voucher. Please arrive 10 mins before session time.
• Please note, weekday sessions will only be carried out when there is a group of 8 or more people.
• One voucher can be redeemed per person, an additional 2 can be purchased as gifts.
• Max group size: 25, min group size: 8.
• Session lasts approx 2-2.5 hours.
• Moderate fitness level is required and all participants must be able to swim.
• Max weight: 25 stone.
• Suitable for ages 10+, under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Swimwear, towel and trainers which can get wet must be brought along by the member. Wetsuits, helmets, waterproofs and buoyancy aids are supplied by the host.
• Not suitable for anyone who is pregnant, suffers from epilepsy, heart problems or suffers from severe back, neck and shoulder problems. Please speak directly with Go Country.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
