• Voucher is valid until Thu 31 Mar 2016; 7 days, subject to availability.
• Two or Three night stay for up to four people excludes 17th Dec 2015 – 3rd Jan 2016; 12th – 14th, 21st – 24th Feb 2016
• Garden Cottage sleeping up to eight excludes 20th Dec 2015 - 3rd Jan, 12th - 14th Feb, 28th Feb – 13th Mar, 20th Mar – 31st Mar 2016
• Reservations must be made by Wed 24th Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; one voucher per member, two vouchers can be purchases as a gift.
• Children are permitted and must be included in total number of occupants; There are 2 high chairs and 2 cots; subject to availability. There is no additional charge for these items, but they must be requested at the time of booking.
• Weekend availability.
• Check in 4pm, check out 10am.
• Pets are permitted; maximum of two dogs. Not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture.
• Lakeside Cottage has two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a cosy sitting/dining room, good sized kitchen and a cloakroom.
• Courtyard Cottage- all rooms look out onto the Castle Garden. It has one double bedded and one twin bedded bedroom and large bathroom with separate shower. There is a good sized kitchen and a large sitting/dining room.
• Garden cottage has four delightfully furnished twin bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, a separate bathroom with antique bath and power shower, a large kitchen, utility room with chest freezer, comfortable sitting room with open log fire and a separate dining room large enough for entertaining visitors.
• Each cottage has a television and DVD player.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
