• Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Mar 2019 until Fri 31 May 2019, Tue & Fri 9.30am - 6pm, Wed 9.30am - 7.30pm, Thur 9.30am - 8pm, Sat 9.15am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays and Mondays.
• Please note limited availability on weekend and evening appointments; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 May 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 45 mins – 1hr inc consultation.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 2hrs 30mins – 3hrs inc consultation. A patch test may be required; please discuss with salon at time of booking.
• Deal is valid for selected stylists only.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Option 2 can be upgraded to half and full head colour services are available; please discuss directly with the salon at time of booking.
• Not valid for existing pre-booked appointments.
• Not valid with any existing loyalty offers.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
