• Voucher is valid until 22nd Nov 2015, Tues-Sat 10am-4.45pm; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 8 Nov 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Group bookings permitted, max of 2 vouchers per booking; subject to availability. 
• Cut and blow dry appointment will take approx 1 hour, highlights appointment will take approx 2-3 hours, depending on length of hair. 
• Senior Stylist will be allocated on day of treatment. Any upgrade for additional services will qualify for 30% in-salon discount, please discuss direct with Chesne Hair & Beauty.
• Long hair bouncy blow dry/hot curls available as an upgrade, please advise at initial phone booking.
• Additional colours or colour correction available as upgrades, please discuss directly with salon.
• Patch test not required - colour does not touch scalp.
• Voucher is not valid for existing bookings. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
