Small print

• Voucher is valid until Wed 9 Dec 2020, Tue 10am – 5pm, Wed & Thur 10am – 8pm, Fri 10am – 6pm and Sat 8.45am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays and Mondays.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 18 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Options 1 & 2: Treatment duration: approx. 45mins. Upgrade charges may apply for glossing services; payable directly to salon. Excludes pin curl blow dry and special occasional styling.
• Option 3: Treatment duration: approx. 2 hrs, includes T-bar highlights & regrowth or semi-permanent colour only. Patch test required 48 hours in advance of treatment.  Upgrade charges may apply for additional colouring ,glossing/toning services; payable directly to salon.
• Not valid with pre-existing bookings.
• Excludes treatments at Salon Director level
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Cancellations within 48hrs risk forfeiting your booking
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
