• Voucher is valid from Mon 13 Dec 2021 until Thu 10 Mar 2022, Mon and Thu at 7pm only; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes Tue - Wed and Fri - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 24 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16's only.
• Includes 1 hour instruction from coach and entry for the rest of the evening.
• A reasonable level of fitness is required. Please disclose any relevant medical issues to staff on entry.
• Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing is recommended. Climbing shoes are provided.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
