• Voucher is valid from Fri 16 Feb until Tue 30 Apr 2024, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Check in at 7:45am. Tour departs at 8am and returns at 9pm.
• Excludes 27 Mar - 1 Apr 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Apr 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 3+. 
• Duration approx. 12.5hrs.
• Max of 50 people per tour. 
• Please bring a waterproof jacket, sunglasses, plenty of layers and suitable walking shoes. Although most attractions and eating establishments accept card, it is recommended to bring cash.
• Please limit your luggage to 1 x small/medium piece per person and 1 x small handbag or daypack.
• Cruise and castle visit available directly at a supplementary charge of £28pp.
• Meeting point: 1 Parliament Square, Royal Mile, Edinburgh, EH1 1RE
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
