• Jun - July & Sept stays: Voucher is valid from Fri 25 Jun 2021 until Thu 23 Sep 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 27-28 Jul, 1-31 Aug, 3, 6-12, 14, 17-18 and 20 Sep 2021.
• Aug stays: Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Aug 2021 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 3-4, 10-12, 14, 16-18, 20 and 25-28 Aug 2021. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
• Standard double or twin room available. Twin rooms must be requested at time of booking and are subject to availability.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: double with a view £15, superior £30, deluxe double with a view £50, superior/premium with a view £30; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted in a family room; children are classed as ages 12 and under. Family rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children and require a £20 supplementary to upgrade the room and include breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
