• Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Dec 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 12 Dec 2020, 1 Jan - 7 Mar 2021, 13 Mar, 3, 13, 15 - 17 Apr, 1, 12 - 13, 15, 28 - 29 May, 11 -13 and 18 Jun 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Early check-in 1pm, late check-out 2pm.
• Standard double room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Options 2 - 3: Includes bottle of wine and welcome hamper with soft drinks, bag crisps and a variety of chocolate and cakes.
• Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 12 and under. Please discuss directly with hotel for supplementary charges.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
