• Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Sun 13 Feb 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes 4-5 Feb 2022.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Jan 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Email bookings only.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Deluxe double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Includes a £40 dinner allowance across any menu; menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Tables may be required back after 2 hours.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Access to Edinburgh Zoo is not included.
• Children under the age of 17 are permitted free of charge when sharing parent's room; please discuss directly with hotel. Children aged 12 and under eat free in the restaurant when dining with a full paying adult.
• No pets permitted. Guide dogs only.

• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
