• Delivery is available between 9am and 3pm Mon – Fri. Orders must be placed by phone where a suitable delivery day will be arranged.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. 
• We hope you're delighted with your order, however if for any reason you are not fully satisfied we're happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your goods.  All items must be returned in their original condition, and in the original packaging. 
• In the event of goods being returned, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items. We will refund the voucher cost within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
