Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 27 Dec 2019 until Fri 27 Mar 2020, Mon – Fri, 2.30pm, 3.30pm and 4.30pm only; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and Sundays, 31 Dec 2019 and 1 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Option 1 and 2: max of 4 vouchers per table.
• Option 3: max of 2 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea menu only; subject to daily change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2 and 3 includes a 125ml glass of Champagne each. Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2hrs.
• Wheelchair access available. Please advise at time of booking.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
