• Voucher is valid until 14th Feb 2013, Tues & Wed 9am-7pm, Thurs 9am-9pm, Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-2pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 22nd Dec-3rd Jan inclusive.
• Bookings for the Glasgow Clinic can be made straight away, bookings for the Edinburgh clinic can be made from 1st Nov.
• Please arrive in plenty of time prior to treatment.
• Treatments suitable for use on caps, crowns and veneers – please discuss directly with Vital Smile.
• Results may vary between individuals.
• Not suitable if pregnant/breastfeeding.
• Not suitable if you suffer from any form of gum disease.
• Please consult your doctor for advice if you’re in remission or suffering from cancer or suffer from epilepsy.
• Participants must be 16 years and over.
• Some clients may experience sensitivity during/after treatment which is normal.
• Max group booking: 2 people; subject to availability.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
