Voucher is valid from Thu 4 Jan 2024 until Sun 31 Mar 2024, Sun - Fri 1.30pm - 3pm; subject to availability.

Audio guided tour takes 45 minutes and may be taken before or after your afternoon tea booking, last entry for tours is 3pm.

Tours may be restricted on some dates; if rooms are unavailable on your required date a voucher for a return visit to take the tour will be arranged.

Excludes Saturdays, 14 Feb and 8 - 12 Mar.

Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance by Fri 22 Mar 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.  Max 3 vouchers per table.

Afternoon tea only with one serving tea or coffee each; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan, dairy and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Please note that 48 hours advance notice is required for vegan options.

Option 2: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with orange, cranberry juice or non-alcoholic Prosecco.

Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes.

Children permitted; ages 0-9yrs free of charge, ages 10-15yrs at a supplementary charge of £7.50 per child, payable directly.

Advance booking required. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
