Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Sept 2016, Mon - Fri 10am - 10pm, Sat & Sun 9am - 10pm; subject to availability. 

Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 30 Aug 2016; no further bookings will be accepted after this date (we don’t want you to miss out!)  

Min 5 days notice to cancel or alter booking or 14 days notice, in writing, for groups / corporate bookings / school bookings. All transfers incur a £5 admin charge. £1.99 booking fees are non-refundable. No transfer will be given within 5 days of your booking and no refund will be given for any non-attendance.

Calls to 0871 numbers are charged at 10p per minute from a BT landline, mobile phones may cost considerably more.  You must be 18 or over & have the bill payers’ permission.

Multiple purchases permitted. Maximum of 5 per member.

Duration 90 mins.

Suitable for ages 16+ only. 

Ski lessons have a max capacity of 10 participants, and snowboard lessons have a max capacity of 7 participants.

Lesson can be used for any level.

Voucher is not valid for fast track lessons, freestyle lessons, learn in a day, private or junior lessons.

Participants must wear warm waterproof clothing; can be hired for £3.50 supplement at time of booking or £6.50 supplement on the day.

Gloves must be worn by all participants; these can be your own or can be purchased for an additional cost at Snow Factor reception.

All equipment required for activity is included. 

Please arrive at least 30 - 40 mins earlier than scheduled start time to collect pass and get kitted up; please allow extra time for queuing during peak times. 

If late for your activity, Snow Factor reserve the right to refuse admission without refund or transfer.

The first half hour of opening is for customers to get changed and check in at ticket desk.

All telephone bookings have a standard booking fee of £1.99 which is non-refundable; no charge for booking in person at reception desk.

 The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.  

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
