• Voucher is valid from Wed 12 Dec 2018 until Thu 28 Feb 2019, Tue, Wed, Fri 10am - 5pm, Thur 10am - 8pm and Sat 10am - 3.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays, Mondays and 25 - 27, 31 Dec and 1 - 3 Jan 2018.
• Please note limited availability on Thursday evenings and Saturdays; a supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Saturday bookings; payable directly to salon.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted. 
• Suitable for all ages; under 16’s must have parents’ permission.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group can receive treatment in the same room; subject to availability. Please discuss directly when booking.
• Includes a choice of 2 treatments each: back, neck and shoulder massage, Indian head massage, youthful hands (hand massage) or manicure inc cuticle work & polish; subject to change.
• Massage or Indian head massage is not suitable during pregnancy; other treatments are suitable after 20 weeks of pregnancy and while breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission with a doctor’s note. 
• All serious health conditions must have a doctor’s note before any treatment can be carried out; please discuss directly when booking.
• Duration: up to 75mins approx. depending on chosen treatments.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Please note option 2 treatments will be carried out in a double treatment room, unless separate rooms are requested at time of booking.
• Please note that there are no further spa facilities. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
