Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 13 May 2018, Mon - Thur 10am - 9pm, Fri 10am - 5pm, Sat 6pm - 9pm and Sun 5pm - 9pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 30 Mar – 15 Apr and 7 May 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 27 Apr 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Duration approx. 2hrs.  Recommended last booking times Sat - Thu 7pm and Fri 5pm to ensure you enjoy your 2 hr session. 
• Please note waiver must be filled out prior to your session.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 2+; under 5’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the arena, ages 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult on site at all times and ages 12 – 18 years must have a parent or guardian fill out the waiver but do not have to be accompanied.
• Adult spectators are free of charge.
• Max of 300 people per session  
• Some areas within the arena require height restrictions.
• Max weight: 125kg.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
