Voucher is valid from Thur 4 Jan 2018 until Sat 31 Mar 2018, Mon, Thur - Sun; subject to availability.

Excludes Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 5 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Voucher is non-changeable or refundable once booked with hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.  Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.  

Early check-in from 12noon, late until check-out 2pm.

Superior double room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to an Executive room for a supplementary charge of £20; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Limited parking available: 33 spaces available charged at £6.50 per overnight per car. Alternative parking at the Baltic is £3 for the first 2 hours and then £1.80 thereafter.

Max of 1 child permitted: children 12 years and under stay free of charge when sharing with parents and paying for all meals as taken; payable directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
