• Voucher is valid from Tue 24 Apr 2018 until Sat 7 Jul 2018, Tue 10am - 6pm, Wed & Thur 12noon - 8pm, Fri 10am - 6pm and Sat 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays and Mondays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Jun 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!) 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Suitable for all ages.
• Treatments are suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Option 1 duration: approx. 1hr.
• Option 2 and 3 duration: up to 3hrs approx.
• Valid for stylist Sophie only.
• Please note a supplementary charge may be required for long hair; please discuss with and pay directly to salon.
• Option 2 and 3 requires a patch test 24 hours in advance; please discuss directly with salon.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
