Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 25 Aug 2018 until Sun 28 Apr 2019, Sat 11.30am - 12.45pm and 3pm - 4.15pm, Sun 2pm - 3.15pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays – Fridays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 18 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 4 - 14 years; recommended for ages 6 - 12 years.
• Duration approx. 1hr 15mins.
• Max of 7 people per session; one adult can accompany each child free of charge. 
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.  
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
