• Voucher is valid until 31st Oct 2014, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Saturday availability is limited, please book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be booked by 17th Oct 2014 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Voucher excludes 4th & 25th Aug 2014. 
• One voucher can be redeemed per couple; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Dogs are permitted at additional £10 per night. Max of 2 dogs. 
• Children permitted; under 2s can stay free of charge. Children aged 2-14 years old are additional £20 per child, please discuss with The Killearn Hotel at time of booking. Max of 1 child per standard room, max of 2 children per upgraded superior room. Under 12s breakfast & dinner included, aged 12-14 breakfast included, dinner is additional charge. 
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am. 
• Standard double or twin room available. 
• Members can upgrade to a superior room for additional £20 per room, please discuss with The Killearn Hotel at time of booking. 
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive night stays, however, stays may be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss with The Killearn Hotel at time of booking. 
• Dietary requirements can be catered for, please discuss with The Killearn Hotel at time of booking. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers are non-refundable once booked, but dates may be changed. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
