Small print

• Voucher is valid until Thu 31 Aug 2023, 7 days 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 24 Aug 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 per person/table.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options available, please advise restaurant 7 days in advance.
• No gluten / wheat free options available. 
• Option 2 includes a glass of fizz. 
• Table required back after 2 hours. Please note all tables are required back by 5pm.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
