• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Nov 2023 until Sat 22 Mar 2024; subject to availability.
• Option 1: Valid Tue - Sat at 11am & 3pm.
• Option 2: Valid Tue - Sat at 1pm. 
• Excludes Sun-Mon and 9, 24-26, 31 Dec 2023 & 1-15 Jan 2024. Please note that the distillery closes at 3pm on 23 & 30 Dec 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email or telephone bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 1 hour.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 1 hour 30 minutes.
• Max of 12 people per group.
• Limited wheelchair access available; please discuss directly.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
