• Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Dec 2019 until Tue 31 Dec 2020, Tue - Thur 9.30am - 8.30pm, Fri 9.30am - 6pm and Sat 9am - 5.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays – Mondays.
• Advance booking required. Your first treatment must be booked by Tue 10 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted; one voucher can be redeemed per member.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

• 4 weeks must be left between treatments for each area. 6 - 10 sessions are recommended for each area.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for those with cancer or in remission.
• You may feel some discomfort during the treatment.
• Results should be noticeable after session 4.
• The area must be shaved prior to treatment. Waxing and tweezing is not recommended as it can affect hair growth.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment duration depends on area being lasered.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
