Small print
- Voucher is valid from 15th Apr until 15th July 2012, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
- Treatments suitable for use on caps, crowns and veneers - please discuss directly with Megawhite.
- Not suitable for women who are pregnant/breastfeeding.
- Not suitable if you suffer from epilepsy.
- Participants must be 16 years and over.
- Treatment will last approximately 30 minutes. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment.
- If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for an appointment your voucher may be forfeited.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.
- Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
