Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Apr until Sat 30 Sep 2023, Mon & Wed-Sun 9:30am - 3pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Tuesdays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Sep 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online booking only; only 1 voucher can be redeemed at a time.
• Once booked, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Adult tickets are for over 13s, child tickets are for 12 years and under. Under 2's are free of charge but will require a ticket; please purchase directly.
• A ticket is required for each person taking part in the trail.
• Any additional people or extras can be booked and paid for when booking itison voucher.
• Duration approx 2 hours. Please note although your ticket is timed, entry can be flexible. Please try to arrive within 1 hour either side of your booking.
• Trail is all outdoors, please wear suitable clothing and shoes.
• The trail is not recommended for buggies or push-chairs due to steps and steep slopes.
• Please check in and collect your activity packs from our silver airstream trailer located in Luss South Carpark. (please check your booking confirmation for additional details)
• Well behaved dogs are  welcome on the trail however dogs are not permitted in Luss Faerie Tale Farm.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.  
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
