Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Apr 2018 until Thur 31 May 2018, 7 days, earliest booking 10am, and latest booking 6pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 17 May 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Weekend bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking; one reschedule is permitted 7 days before your booking.
• Option 1 duration: approx 2hrs.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 4hrs.
• Multiple purchases permitted. 
• Chip and pin card is required for security deposit of £25.
• Photo ID must be presented on arrival.
• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to pre-booked start time at Luss Beach, Luss, G83 8PA.
• Participants must sign waiver.
• Suitable for ages over 12, adult supervision required for under 18's.
• Max of 6 people per group.
• No height restrictions.
• Participants must weigh less than 18 stone and be fully mobile.
• No swimming experience needed, buoyancy aid supplied and must be worn.
• Wet suit can be hired for supplementary fee of £2 per person; payable directly to Loch Lomond Leisure.
• Shoes wearable in the water is recommended.
• Essential kit needed: change of dry clothing, towel, second pair of shoes, such as flip flops or water shoes, midge spray.
• Cancellations may occur due to adverse weather conditions; in such instances another date will be made available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
