Small print

• Voucher is valid until 30th Nov 2012, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• Bookings must be made by 30th Sept 2012.
• £25 supplement for Saturday night stays - please pay direct to the hotel.
• Check in 4pm, check out 10am.
• Maximum two voucher purchases per member.
• Bookings must be made by email only; bookings will be on a first come, first served basis. Please allow 48 hours response time for emails.
• Children are permitted; 0-3 years are free of charge, 4-15 years are £12 per night when sharing room with parents.
• Free car parking onsite.
• Pets permitted at £10 per pet - please confirm at time of booking.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your stay. Members must also rebook at the time of cancellation.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
