Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Sep 2023 until Sat 30 Mar 2024, Mon 10am - 3pm, Thu - Fri 10am - 8pm and Sat 10am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Tue - Wed & Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 45 mins.
• Option 2 duration: approx. 90 mins.
• Option 3 duration: approx. 60 mins.
• Option 4 duration: approx. 60 mins (3 x 20 min treatments)
• Option 1 & 2: Gel nails will last 2 - 3 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance. Valid on bare nails only and one colour. Not valid for nail art.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
