• Voucher is valid from Fri 15 Sep until Fri 15 Dec 2023, Voucher is valid from Fri 15 Sep until Fri 15 Dec 2023; Mon, Tue, Thu & Fri 9:30am-2:30pm; Sat 9:30am-3:30pm and Thu 5:30pm - 8:30pm, Fri 5:30pm-7:30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Wednesdays & Sundays.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Dec 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone or email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Choice of 2 x 30 minute treatments from: leg & foot massage, reiki & crystal healing, mini express facial, back, neck & shoulder massage or Indian head massage.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding, cancer sufferers or those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 60 minutes in total; 30 minutes per treatment.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
