• Voucher is valid from Thur 22 Oct 2020 until Tue 30 Nov 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 31 Dec 2020 - 16 May 2021 and 21-22 May 2021.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 8 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases not permitted.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Lakeside family, lakeside executive, lakeside twin or feature room; subject to availability when booking.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Includes a 3 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 2 hours.
• Max of 2 children permitted; family room will be allocated so please advise hotel at time of booking. Cots can be provided free of charge. Breakfast is charged at an additional £15 per child; dining vouchers valid for adults only.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
