• Voucher is valid until Wed 31 May 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 20-22 May 2017.
• Please note a £20 supplement per room is required for Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Please note weekend availability is limited and we advise to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 May 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights, subject to availability.
• Check-in from 3pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: family room £25, deluxe room £30 or premium room £50; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Max of 2 children permitted; under 16's stay free of charge; an upgrade may be required to accommodate; subject to availability. Under 5's eat for free, aged 5-16 years old are an additional £6.50 for breakfast and dinner will be charged as standard, please discuss any specific requirements directly with hotel.
• Dinner is 3 courses with 125ml glass of Champagne each served in Scholars Restaurant.
• Menu is subject to change.
• Dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 dog.
• Free onsite parking.
• Includes access to leisure facilities.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
