• Option 1 (midweek) voucher is valid from Mon 30 Oct 2017 until Mon 26 Mar 2018, Mon arrivals only; subject to availability. Excludes 27 - 30 Nov, 25 - 28 Dec 2017 and 1 - 4 Jan 2018.
• Option 2 (weekend) voucher is valid from Fri 3 Nov 2017 until Fri 30 Mar 2018, Fri arrivals only; subject to availability. Excludes 10 - 12, 17 - 19, 24 – 26 Nov, 8 - 10, 22 - 24 Dec 2017 and 12 - 14 Jan 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 26 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 21 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 vouchers per member.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.
• Cottage sleeps up to six and has 3 en-suite bedrooms which can be configured as a king or twin; please advise when booking.
• Free on street parking available.
• Includes linen, towels, gas, electricity and Wi-Fi.
• Please note, smoking is not permitted in the cottage.
• Children are permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
