Small print

• Voucher is valid from 31st Aug until 9th Oct 2014, Sun-Thurs; subject to availability. Last booking is 8th Oct 2014.
• Vouchers must be booked by 18th Sept or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Excludes 22nd - 28th Sept.
• Check in 3pm, check out 10am.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• 1 pet permitted per group free of charge. Pets must be well behaved and must not be left alone in the wigwam. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times and owners must clean up after them.
• Children are permitted and should be included within the headcount for this deal.
• Free parking available; max of 1 car.
• Members should bring their own bedding, sleeping bags, pillow, plates, cups and cutlery for their group.
• Electricity is metered and operated with £1. This is not included in deal.
• Stay may be extended for £33 per adult per night and £8 per child per night. Please discuss directly with Mains Farm Wigwams.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your stay. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
