• Voucher is valid from Fri 28 Jul until Tue 31 Oct 2023, Tue 10am-5pm, Wed & Fri 10am-6pm, Thu 10am-8pm & Sat 9am-5pm subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun-Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Oct 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone bookings.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon. 
• Treatment duration: approx. 45mins - 2.5hrs.
• Option 3: Patch test required at least 48hrs before appointment.
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
