Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Mar 2023 (we don't want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon. 

Classic double, king or twin rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: payable directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner options includes 3 course dinner from the set dinner menu, or a £25pp dinner spend towards to a la carte menu; subject to change. 2 night options: Dinner is on the first night only.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

2 night options: Includes a 175ml glass of house wine with dinner; alcohol cannot be substituted for soft drinks.

Includes leisure access.

Max of 1 child permitted free of charge; children are classed as ages 12 and under. If more than one child you must upgrade to a Family Room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly.

No pets permitted apart from guide dogs.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
