• Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Jun 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 1, 9, 15, 29 Apr, 7, 10, 14 – 17, 23, 27, 28, 31 May and 1, 7, 8, 10, 12, 13, 18, 22, 23, 27, 28 Jun 2017.
• A supplementary charge of £40 is required for Saturday night stays in Apr and £50 in May and Jun; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Jun 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.  
• Double or twin classic room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £30; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 1 only: Cream tea includes fruit and plain scones, clotted cream and preserves.
• £25pp dinner allowance; no refunds will be given on any unused allocation on this offer.
• Dinner will be served in the Dobson restaurant; menu be viewed here and is subject to change.
• Dinner can be upgraded to a 7 course tasting menu for a supplement of £25 per person, available Fri-Sun only; subject to availability. Must be booked with the hotel prior to your stay - please discuss at time of booking.
• 20% off pre-booked rounds of golf - please discuss at time of booking.
• Spa offer: 30 minute taster facial or deep muscle tissue massage for £20pp (normally £35pp); members should book any spa treatments with the hotel prior to your stay - please discuss at time of booking.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children 12 years and under stay free of charge incl breakfast when sharing with 2 adults. Children aged 13+ are classed as adults.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
