Small print

• Voucher is valid from 5th Oct 2015 until 31st Oct 2015, 7 days a week, subject to availability.
• Weekend availability, Fri and Sat supplement of £50 per room per night.
• Voucher must be booked by 23rd Oct or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• One voucher can be redeemed per couple; multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Classic double or twin room available, can upgrade to Executive Golf View room from £65 supplement; subject to availability, please discuss with the hotel
• Stay may be extended for a supplement charge; please discuss at time of booking 
• Pets are permitted, max of 2, £25 per dog supplementary charge
• Children permitted; ages 12 and under are free of charge when sharing with adults with breakfast charged as taken; up to 2 max, however larger executive room would be required, need to contact the hotel for supplement charges.
• Check in 2pm, check out 12 noon 
• Parking availability, 23 spaces.
• Please note that the in house restaurant, Rocca Grill, is closed on Sundays and the One Under Gastro Pub is closed on Mondays.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
