Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Mon - Sat 12noon – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays and 22 Mar 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; up to 4 vouchers can be used per max table of 8. 
• Option 1: cream tea only.
• Option 2 – 4: afternoon tea only.
• All options include tea and coffee.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Options 3 & 4: includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted when accompanied by an adult.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
