Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 3 Jan 2018 until Thur 29 Mar 2018, 7 days, 12noon – 4pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 11 Mar 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 8 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Please note Saturday bookings are limited.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 3 per person.
• Max of 3 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea only served in the Grand Hall.
• Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2 includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each.
• Alcohol can be substituted for a draught soft drink.
• Table required back after 1 hour 30mins.
• Wheelchair access available; please advise hotel at time of booking.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
