• Voucher is valid from Mon 22 May until Thu 28 Sep 2023, Mon - Thu 10am - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Please note: last treatment time available is 5pm.
• Excludes Fri-Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 7 Sep 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Telephone or email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Option 1: Includes a choice of 1x 55 minute treatment from Ishga facial, detox body wrap or nourishing body wrap.
• Option 2: Includes a choice of 1x 55 minute treatment from Ishga facial, nourishing body wrap or reflexology plus an additional 1x 25 minute treatment from back, neck & shoulder massage, express facial or sole sensation.
• Includes 2 hour leisure access.
• Groups of more than 2 people cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 people per group; subject to availability.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 55 mins.
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 1 hr 20 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Option 2: Includes 2 courses from a set menu. Vegetarian options are available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
•  You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
•  Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
