Small print

• Voucher is valid until Thurs 15th Aug 2013, 7 days a week, Mon-Fri 10am-9pm, Sat 9am-7pm & Sun 10am-6pm; subject to availability.
• Reservations must be made by 15th June or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Afternoon tea served between 1.30pm-4.30pm, you can use the leisure facilities and have treatment before or after the afternoon tea.
• One voucher can be purchased per member, multiples can be purchased as gifts only.
• Max group booking: 3 people.
• Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
• A short consultation will be provided on arrival, some elements of the treatment may need to be altered slightly depending on health restrictions.
• While treatments are suitable during pregnancy some of the leisure facilities may not be suitable to use.
• If having treatment for cancer, consent from GP required.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your spa appointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
