• Voucher is valid from Tue 11 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Tue & Fri 9am - 6pm, Wed & Thu 9am - 9pm and Sat 9am - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission, during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for those with viral/bacterial infections, eye infections, recent operations, recent fractures, severe eczema or psoriasis, heart disease or disorder, undiagnosed lumps and swelling or severe sunburn
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon / spa. 
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 40 mins.
• Option 2: Treatment duration: approx. 60 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• No wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
