• Option 1 and 3 (afternoon) voucher is valid from Mon 1 Oct 2018 until Fri 16 Nov 2018, 7 days, 12noon – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Option 2 and 4 (spa day) voucher is valid from Mon 1 Oct 2018 until Fri 16 Nov 2018, 7 days, 9am – 5pm; subject to availability.
• Please note limited availability on Saturdays and Sundays; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Hand and nail treatments are suitable for all ages; under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. All other treatments are suitable for ages 16+ only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option 1 and 3 treatment duration: approx. 40mins.
• Option 2 and 4 treatment duration: approx. 60mins.
• Includes afternoon tea; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian options are available; please advise at time of booking.
• Welcome drink is a choice of tea, coffee or a soft drink.
• Includes access to spa facilities.
• Robes and towels are included; swimwear must be worn.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
