Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Dec 2021 until Sat 26 Feb 2022, valid Tue - Thu & Sat - Sun 10am - 5pm and Fri 10am - 8pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Mondays, 25-27 Dec 2021 and 1-7 Jan 2022.
• Voucher must be booked 24hrs in advance and by Fri 4 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option 1 treatment duration: approx. 50mins.
• Option 2 treatment duration: approx. 90mins.
• Treatments can be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
